HPM ready-mix dry plaster is a line of high-quality cement-based finishing mortars, which are industrially distributed from high-grade cement, fine quartz sand that have been washed and dried and special plastic modifiers. The product is specialized for plastering interior and exterior walls, providing an ultra-smooth, flat and flexible surface when constructing. 4. How to use and application steps

Step 1: Surface Preparation

The surface of the masonry wall must be flat, clean, and opaque to remove weak plaque. Spray water to moisten the wall surface before plastering (especially in hot dry weather) to prevent the wall from absorbing the water of the mortar.

Step 2: Mortar Ratio & Mixing

Mix the water ratio of about 17% - 20% according to the volume of dry mortar (about 8.5 - 10 liters of water for a 50kg bag). Put water in the bucket first, slowly pour in the HPM mortar powder and mix well with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is pliable and does not clump.

Step 3: Wall Plastering

Use a trowel or grouting machine to apply HPM mortar to the wall with a recommended thickness of 10 - 15mm. Use a flat ruler, then use a wood/plastic rubbing table to rub the surface evenly to create the required flat smoothness.

Step 4: Curing

After 24 hours of plastering, spray the wall surface with light moisturisation water for 1-2 days (especially exterior walls) so that the mortar reaches the maximum grade and prevents cracking.
